Quadient  CX



The Quadient CX Transformers Awards recognize organizations that have “transformed” the customer experience (CX) using at least one of Quadient’s market-leading Inspire solutions. Our celebration of CX excellence at Inspire Days includes four key categories that recognize distinction in CCM/CXM applications, migrations, and transformative CX.

Awards Categories

Application of the Year

This award recognizes an organization’s outstanding achievement with an Inspire application (Flex, Evolve, or Journey). Applications that made the most impact must include at least one of the following elements: significant business impact, short time to value, impressive ROI, outstanding communication design that resulted in an elevated customer experience.

Digital Application of the Year

This award recognizes an organization’s outstanding achievement with a digital Inspire application (Flex, Evolve, or Journey). Digital applications can be new HTML5 applications, or the evolution of a previous HTML5 application that needed to be digitized, or the addition of digital channels (SMS, HTML email, personalized videos, social, mobile apps, etc.). Please share the business impact and business drivers, ROI or other tangible metrics realized since implementation.

Best Inspire Migration of the Year

This award recognizes an organization’s enviable migration to Inspire. This can include moving a high number of application or templates to Inspire, a reduction or consolidation of overall templates or applications as a result of using Inspire, or using migration to compare changes in documents. Bonus points if you migrated from an OpenText or Smart Communications CCM solution.

CX Transformer of the Year

This award recognizes an organization’s significant impact on the customer experience or customer journey using Inspire. This can include streamlining processes, creating seamless digital experiences across the touchpoints of the customer journey, speed/convenience/ease of doing business, knowledgeable assistance, and self-service capabilities. Impact can be measured by net promoter scores (NPS), customer satisfaction scores, reduced contact center inquiries, addressing gaps in the customer journey, changes in customer buying behavior, and more.

How to Enter

The CX Transformers Awards are open to all Quadient Inspire customers around the world. Select the category(ies) that reflects your achievements best and enter as many submissions as you wish. Each entry should include background of your application/process, tangible results, and why your initiative deserves the award. Any data or metrics included in the submission process will only be used to determine winners and showcase those winners at Inspire Days. 

Applications must be submitted by January 27, 2023. Winners will be announced live at Inspire Days 2023.
