Quadient - Vouchers Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Quadient Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable demonstrations (“Incentive Program”). By registering for and attending the demonstration, participants agree to these Terms and Quadient’s Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to receive the £50 Amazon voucher (the “Incentive”), participants must meet all of the following conditions:
- The participant’s organisation processes a minimum of 100 invoices per month.
- The participant’s organisation has between 20 and 1,000 employees.
- The participant is employed in a finance‑related role or within a finance department.
- The participant attends the demonstration in full.
- The participant registers for and attends the demonstration using a valid business email address.
Employees of Quadient, partners involved, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Registration & Attendance Requirements
- Participants must register using the official link.
- Attendance will be verified via attendance logs.
- One Incentive per qualifying organisation unless approved by Quadient.
4. Incentive Details
- Qualifying participants will receive a £50 Amazon voucher via their business email.
- Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Quadient may substitute a similar-value voucher if required.
- Incentive delivery may take up to 30 days post-verification.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data will be processed solely for administering the Incentive Program.
- Data will be handled in accordance with Quadient’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- Participants may exercise data rights by contacting privacyteam@quadient.com.
6. Compliance & Anti-Bribery
- The incentive is a legitimate marketing activity aligned with Quadient’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Participants must ensure acceptance does not breach their company’s gift/ethics policies.
- Quadient may refuse issuing the Incentive if it violates applicable laws or policies.
7. Program Duration & Changes
- The Incentive Program applies only to the specified AP and AR demonstration.
- Quadient may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time.
8. Liability
- Quadient is not responsible for technical issues, incorrect registration, or inability to accept the Incentive due to internal rules.
- Maximum liability is limited to the value of the Incentive.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by UK law.
